What we collect
When you join the Kudos ER Network we collect your name, contact details, current role, experience and — if you choose to provide it — your CV, salary expectations and availability.
How we use it
We use your information to identify Employee Relations opportunities that may be relevant to your experience and career, and to contact you confidentially about them.
Your CV is never submitted without your agreement
We will not submit your CV or personal details to an employer for a role without first discussing the opportunity with you and obtaining your agreement to proceed.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Full details of these processes will be set out in the final notice.
