Dominic Carthy

Founder & Practice Lead — Kudos ERM
Dominic brings close to 30 years' experience across recruitment and Employee Relations. His background includes corporate recruitment, building and running recruitment businesses, and extensive work within Employee Relations and workplace disputes.
His ER work has involved workplace investigations, grievance and disciplinary processes, conflict management, workplace disputes and representation, providing a practical understanding of how Employee Relations operates inside organisations.
Alongside this, Dominic has developed an established professional network across recruitment, HR and Employee Relations.
This combination of recruitment experience, ER knowledge and professional relationships underpins both sides of Kudos ERM — helping employers manage difficult workplace situations and helping them identify experienced ER professionals.

Specialist, independent, confidential
Kudos ERM is deliberately specialist. We don't try to cover every area of Human Resources — we concentrate on Employee Relations, where our experience and networks are strongest.
Confidentiality runs through everything we do, from sensitive workplace situations to sensitive career conversations.
